Shear Joy hair salon policy!

Giving our customers great quality service(s) is our first priority, we also give you the informations on do"s and don"t on how to take care of your hair why at home.

A 24 hours  notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment at shear joy hair salon.  We understand that "life happens so we don't wish to impose any penalties . However, if there are any reason where you have to reschedule after  24  hours  notice, we  will keep the deposit and will not transfer it to your next appointment . But if you call before the 24 hours  expire to reschedule will transfer the deposit to your new appointment schedule.

Also, if you are  no show  to your appointment, or call the day of your appointment to cancel or to  reschedule we  will not  refund the deposit. Your understanding is appreciated.
