At Shear Joy Studio LLC hair salon in cary , we've been helping our clients look and feel their best for over 20 years. Our founder, GOSPEL, started the salon with a vision of creating a space where clients could come to relax and receive top-quality hair care. Today, that vision lives on through our dedicated team of stylists.

A  12 hours window  is allowed to RESCHEDULE  your appointment if you RESCHEDULE after 12 hours any money you deposited will not be refunded

You have 6 hours window  to cancel your hair salon appointment online any money you deposited  will not be refunded .

Also, if you are  no show  to your appointment, or call the day of your appointment to cancel or to  reschedule we  will not  refund any money you deposited, EXTRA $25 FEE WILL BE CHARGE when receiving your service if you end up rescheduling the day of your appointment or cancellation
